More About The Congress

Registration Info

Registration includes attendance to the scientific sessions, breakfast and lunch each day, a welcome reception dinner, and the gala event and dinner.  Discounted pricing is available for members and students, as well as for all attendees who register by 15 Mar 2024.  There is an optional ½ day workshop which can be added for an additional fee. The workshop will include a panel discussion with experts in the field of non-invasive skin measurements, as well as a hands-on session with various equipment.

Spouses and guests of attendees may also purchase an optional ticket for breakfasts, the welcome reception, and the final gala.  Please see the price grid below for the associated costs.  Register here.

Workshop
We are excited to once again offer our popular instrument workshop where attendees can gain information, training, and experience with industry standard and advanced instrumentation from our exhibitors as well as leading scientists in the field.  This year’s workshop will include an expert panel featuring Dr Randy Wicket, Dr Gary Grove, Prof Joachim Fluhr, Dr Jessee Weissman, Dr Neelam Muizzuddin, Dr Stacy Hawkins, and Mr Tim Houser.  Participants will receive an ISBS training certificate upon completion of the workshop.  T
Cost:      $300
When:    04 Jun 2024, 1 pm – 5 pm
Agenda: 1:00-1:30 pm – Introduction to the panel and topics covered in the workshop including photography, colorimetry,                                              moisture, barrier function/evaporimetry, bio-mechanical properties, and study design.
        
               1:30-4:00 pm – Hands on experience opportunities with stations featuring each of the topics discussed as well as                                            access to our vendors who will provide opportunities to try their newest equipment.  Opportunities                                            will be provided to separate into groups focusing on specific areas of interest, as well as advanced                                          topics for the more seasoned scientists in attendance.
         
              4:30-5:00 pm – Closing discussion.
